Its been a long time

That Ive been with this self.

   Ive never wanted to 

   Need anyone else.

Loneliness

   I have never felt.

Which makes 

   The rollercoaster of life

   More like a flat hill.

You cant miss what was 

   Always gone.

Im learning.

Its all ephemeral

Its all a process

What is the point 

Of skipping to the end?

I digress

I'm learning 

 To enjoy

   The company of the opposite.

Knowing that one day this

   Joy may be amiss.

Im ready.

To live.

In the moment.
