ten years and twenty lbs ago when i did a lot of Japanese commercials #oldheadshotday i think the most interesting one I did was a Shiseido commercial with Koyuki who at the time was the biggest supermodel in Japan (you may remember her from the movie the Last Samari). She had assistants that followed her everywhere with umbrellas so her skin had never seen direct sunlight. I always appreciated the Japanese castings more than American castings because they seemed to care about more than just looks.
