SHOP EXTENDED EDITION WEARABLE SCULPTURES

First formed as a 3D file that Carrie Able sculpts with her hands in midair while in a VR headset, the object file is then 3D printed into a wearable sculpture. This VR work features Able's iconic figure, suspended in delicate line work, in reflection on Able's past VR paintings and immersive XR experiences. 

Released with the drop of Carrie Able's 2021 single, Lady Prodigy, this 3D printed ring is the second piece in Able's collection of accessible, extended edition, wearable sculptural works. Comfortably fitting a US ring size 6 - 8, the print can be worn as a ring, a necklace charm, or displayed as a work of sculpture. 

Released with the drop of Carrie Able's 2021 single, Needle in The Head, the 3D printed crown, Ascent, is Able's first accessible, extended edition, sculptural work.

• Measuring 7.25 x 6.5 x 5.75", the crown can be worn as an accessory or displayed as a work of sculpture. 

• The crown design is printed using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology, with a black durable Nylon 12 Versatile Plastic output. Formed from nylon and polyamide that are commonly used across design prototyping and for end products.

• The hand-polished Silver and Bronze rings utilize a printed wax casting and fill output. High-quality Sterling Silver (92.5% silver) or Bronze has a smooth, shiny surface.

• Each print is made from all skin-safe materials and follows a print on demand, drop-ship output, fulfilled, and shipped directly to the consumer from a New York-based lab.
